Mission Statement

Joyful Noise Fine Arts, a Christian organization based at Baker Road Baptist Church, is dedicated to fostering a love for Fine Arts in our city through affordable lessons. We aim to ignite creativity in every student, helping them find their unique voice. Our engaging lessons go beyond teaching skills, encouraging students to explore, make mistakes, and grow. We believe in the transformative power of creativity, not just in creating beautiful things, but in the journey of self-expression and self-discovery. Let's ignite the spark of creativity together.

Attendance Policy

Appointments must be scheduled through the website. If you would like a recurring lesson that happens weekly, please select the option for a weekly lesson. If the student must miss a lesson, he/she or a parent must notify the teacher by phone call, text message, or email no later than 24 hours in advance. If the teacher is not notified within a 24 hour time frame in advance, the student will still be charged 100% of the missed lesson's fee. This payment will be due at the beginning of the next lesson, before services will be given. Exceptions to this will only be made in extreme cases of emergency. If the teacher must miss a meeting, the students will be notified in advance and a makeup session will be offered every other month. If the student opts to not schedule a makeup session, payment for the time missed will not be expected for a lesson missed by the instructor.

Payment Methods

For all lessons, payment is due prior to the lesson. These payments may be made either weekly (at the beginning of the lesson) or biweekly (for the lessons that will take place) and may be made in the form of cash, check, venmo, paypal, cashapp, or zelle.

There is a yearly fee of $50 that is due upon registration and on the first Monday of January every year following to cover building usage costs. 100% of this fee goes to Baker Road Baptist Church to cover electricity and water usage costs. Any further donations to the church are optional and can be made through www.brbcbaytown.org.
